SHIPPING TERMS:

PROVIDER -We typically ship with Canada Post.

SMALL ITEMS- Please note that most small items will be shipped WITHOUT tracking and insurance, it is rare that items are lost or damaged but it does happen, if you would prefer to have these services you will need to inform me before shipping. The cost for shipping will have to be adjust accordingly. If you ship without tracking we can not be held responsible for lost, stolen or damaged parcels.

LARGE ITEMS- Larger items like the nursery decor and nests will always have a tracking info that will be provided to you. These will ship with $100 insurance. If something happens to the item in shipping I can not be held responsible. If you feel more comfortable in having it shipping with more coverage please let me know, we can definitely provide you with that for a additional cost of $5 per $100.

ADDRESS -We always use the address that is attached to the payment info so please insure that you have provided your current address.

FREE SHIPPING PROMOTIONS - when you use a code for free shipping all Smaller items, including stroller liners, will ship as small letter mail ( no trackimg ) The larger items  ,including nests, will ship regular (non priority ) but will include a trackimg number. If you choose a different shipping option ( ie. priority tracked )  when checking out it will not be used. By using the free shipping code you are agreeing to this policy.

By paying your invoice or checking out, you are agreeing to all the conditions for shipping above.
