Return policy :
For returns you must Contact me within 3 days of delivery and Ship items back within 7 days of delivery. I do not accept cancellations after 2 days for custom orders as the fabric is ordered from supplier with in 1-2 days.
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can not be returned.
- Custom or pre-order items
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
- Items on sale
Conditions of return:
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
